Sinfonietta Spring Concert
Southampton University Sinfonietta will be performing an exciting programme of music in their next concert on 14th March at Turners Sims, Southampton. The concert will be conducted by professional conductor, Andrew Morley and assistant conductor, Adam Crane.

The concert kicks off with the cheeky, light-hearted L?Italiana in Alegri Overture by Rossini followed by some beautiful, elegant ballet music from Rosamunde by Schubert. The concert flurries into action again in the second half with an exciting favourite by Mozart ? the brilliant Marriage of Figaro overture. To end the evening, Sinfonietta will be performing one of the greatest works ever written ? the incredible Eroica Symphony by Beethoven.

Come and enjoy the vibrant and unique atmosphere at Joe Daflos, this stunning venue, a former Church, has been converted into a stylish bar and restaurant maintaining its original beautiful features Registration opens from 7.30pm and Speed Dating kicks off at 8pm prompt. Our Speed Dating evenings are a great fun way to meet likeminded singles in a relaxed atmosphere. Just come along with an open mind and don't take it too seriously. Everyone takes their scorecards home with them at the end of the night to enter their ticks online on the Xfactor website and find out who they’ve matched with. The Town of Southampton Massachusetts was founded in 1775 and is located in Hampshire County.

Southampton has about 6000 year round residents.

Each year the town celebrates its founding with Old Home Days which includes picnics and a parade as well as history lessons and art exhibits along with car shows and dances. Come celebrate Old Home Days for non stop fun!!
